Identify Can't remember RPG game

It was a male protagonist, noble of some kind, and you went on adventures with 3 different noble girls on an island, formed a party and registered as an adventurer party.
They had big badonkadonks and the combat was turn based and you could unlock formations for your team.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the game.
