I can't for the life of me remember the game i played 2 years ago.
The only thing i remember is FC at the town square and in the cart being punished and have sex in front of the people. The game was 3D with HQ visuals, there was the "Mayor" or some other Main Character in the big victorian house who punished one or more females with sex. For some reason i think the name had Penny or Pence in the name but could't find it anyway..
