So I played this game quite a while ago, maybe a couple of years. It was a fantasy game with 3DCG images and it was probably made with RPG Maker (but it could be Ren'Py) and the only thing I can remember of the plot is that the MC and his sister (or step sister) were sleeping in some old lady house and in the middle of the night the old lady woke up the MC and started having sex with him, then the sister woke and old lady made her give the MC a HJ or BJ. The game was a loose parody of Game of Thrones. I know it's not much info.
