EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. It was totally on the F95Zone homepage lol but I don't know how to delete a thread

I played it earlier this year.

You start out as a recruit/rookie and on your first mission, one of your teammates gets kidnapped by low-tech tribal women.

So you and your crew steal a ship to go rescue her and have sex with aliens along the way.
