I remember that you the main character start in a rundown town, more accurately a town possessed by a demon?(not sure if demon) and there are zombies or skeletons roaming around.
You can go into the church where the remaining villagers are safe inside. There is a back room where you can get a h-scene with the local priestess. You then investigate the town and gather information/items to free the town. It culminates in you freeing the soul of the mayor's daughter? and then you go into a nearby cave and fight the possessed body of the daughter to free the village. This is also a h-scene.
From here you go on to become the mayor and have to gather resources and funds in order to upgrade and rebuild the town. There are multiple female characters to interact with, "romance" and fuck. Then after you get max relationship and their relevant building in your town, you can recruit them which provides that service in your town alongside h-scenes with each character in town.
I also remember that h-scenes are animated and there is depending on your definition, excessive cum or cumflation in those animations.
