Believe this was a TF game.
I sure it was like video game world where you become your avatar .
In the game it's about you and your female friend. there where other players you encountered
don't know if it was for a mission or to get across the valley but you transform into a girl / might of been a furry transform, your friend had the power/ was a furry tiger/wolf character.
you end up getting caught in a troll/ogre basically a creature camp and fucked a lot but with the help of an alchemist who betrayed the chieftain due to him causing constant battle and believe your friend could take there place help you escape. Which successful and she become the chieftain
It turns out the reason for your escape meant was became of a unknown player/organisation selling enslavement collars/marks to npcs/creatures which wasn't suppose to work on players you reported on this to ppl in some sort of castle run by players.
