All I remember about the game was that you played as a guy who I believed had a fairy or some mythical person to help him go on dates with anyone in the town.
It was a 2D sandbox dating sim, but you also had to keep yourself fed and hydrated. There was no fighting/combat
Majority of the girls you could date would have the same base model but different sized breasts or different skin color and different hair color/styles.
Think like NPC Capture Academy if you've ever played that.
