2DCG, RPGM. You play as the woman (she's blonde IIRC). The setting is a small village where you go around getting into several sexual encounters (basically an event collector; no combat). I remember one of them being an old an who's a neighbor and needs some kind of medical attention, if I'm not mistaken.
It's a pretty small game, but its main characteristic is that you're supposed to replay it several times. Each playthrough is short and only gets you so far, so you need to replay it several times in order to complete the gallery.
