It's an adult cartoon game involving a guy going around levelling up his arousal meter or something to unlock new areas. The game is something like a top down game where you use your mouse to interact with the interactables. I remember the game starting out in some clothing store with a changing room, then to a strip club of sorts and it eventually ends up with the main character shooting porn films in his own apartment.
