I'm not sure the game was finished at the time but in it you controlled a party of adventurer, male and female (it was a male protag game though).
You could control where everyone slept in inns and if you placed the women and men together they might get together, and if you were defeated in battle by other parties, the women would get taken and turned into enemies (I think) though they could be regained by defeating the party.
I'm 98% sure it wasn't an rpgm game due to the ui being too different from the usual.
