Can't run any RPGM games

Got a new laptop and tried to run an RPGM game and got this error. Tried some others and still got this issue.

New laptop with a RTX 4060. I think this is a driver issue but I've updated them and I still can't get this to work. Help please!

also check if your laptop manufacturer already installed "legacy directX"* and/or all the "Visual C++ [year] redistributables" (both from Microsoft), else you should install them.

*your directX being at latest version is not good enough, it won't install what is considered "legacy"
