can't run game after re-install window10

I re-install window10 a few day ago cause i got a new ssd.I copy the game from my old ssd and move it to the new one and i run the game but it didn't run at all (it didn't even show icon or anything ,it like notthing happened).I try to dowload new and extract but it still not working.
Game List (that i tested):
1.nothing happend when run it.
DesertStalker,TheOffice,Elfwivescheat,Divimera,Theblackout
2.run but error occur before game start.
AMothersLovePLUS,Dark elf historia(In dark elf i think it can re-dowload it cause the others rpg maker game can still run as usual)

hello guy i found a fix by move it to drive:C and it can launch(I only test on desert stalker but i think other game will launch too).Can someone explain me why it work?

Rename the folder "Na kaori By...". Use only numbers or English letters. Hopefully those question marks should disappear.
