I've played a game a few months where the plot as mostly the MC (male) living with his family (little sister, older sister and mom). The events were rather stereotypical, the MC exploring its sexuality with both sister and having his mother train him reluctantly. As fair as I can remember, some features of the game are that some events were passed on a balcony on an inflatable pool and that the mother's character had rather pointy nipples. I also believe that the last scene of the version that I played the mother had almost gave the son a handjob.
EDIT: It's certainly possible that the game got removed entirely from the website as I've had trouble finding it through the appropriate game tags.
EDIT2: The graphics were anime-like.
