current ver. as of review is v.1.0.5b
game is complete and the dev has also peaced out of the internet as a whole so it's likely the final version.
GENERAL:
a 2d shooter with limited exploration/platforming. the setting varies by level, each mostly being a trope of some kind or a parody (e.g. there's a fnaf-inspired level.) the sex content consists of being raped by enemies, includes some pregnancy content (mostly insects...) and limited gore/bdsm.
GAMEPLAY:
as far as grapple-based-rape 2d shooting platformers go, this is one of the better ones. i will be leaving any mods out of my review as i think the review should reflect the vanilla game instead. that said even without mods the game is feature-complete and has quite a lot of content to it.
each level has its own genre cliche theme- a zombie level, a space station level, etc. each level has around 4-6 unique enemy types each with unique attacks and behaviors that set them apart. each level has a unique strategy to it which keeps the game feeling fresh as you complete the missions in each area and move on.
there's a pretty large roster of weapons. most of them are what you'd expect from average tactical-shooter games- pistols, smgs, shotguns, rifles, etc. there are also a couple level-unique weapons like a flamethrower in the space station and an insta-kill laser rifle in the animatronics level. different weapons work better in some levels than others so the player is encouraged to try new ones and experiment which is great and much preferred over a meta that centers around 1 or 2 weapons.
enemies arrive in waves, kills get you money, and in-between waves you spend the money on upgrades, weapons, and in some cases opening up areas of the level. somewhat like cod-zombies if the zombies were trying to bone you.
SEX CONTENT:
sex scenes are entirely based on being grabbed and raped by the various enemies. the huge variety the game provides means a lot of different tropes and sex positions, so anyone with a preference for insects, aliens, robots, etc will have something they like here. there are even mechanics for being impregnated by some of the enemies if that's your thing.
the game does lack a proper gallery, so if you want to see sex with an enemy that only shows up in later waves you have to play the level for a bit to see it. it's also a bit of a hassle if you want to see a scene with a specific enemy, since you're usually being swarmed by a lot of them and deliberately getting grabbed by the one you want is not easy.
OVERALL:
a very solid game in terms of gameplay, and even if seeing the sex scenes you want can be a little tedious there's such a variety that it's hard to criticize it too much. this game has already spawned more than a few imitators, all of which are floundering to recreate any of the quality and appeal this one has, so i would say if you pick any of them to play first (or at all) it should be the original here.
mods are your friend too. plenty of qol and additions that can improve the game are out there, though it's a little awkward to have to dig through discords and personally-hosted files to get them.
