Trying to find a game I played only twice, ages ago, as it was a bit finicky at the time.
The game play involved progressing though different villages, using a deck of cards to influence the townsfolk, which would then add that corrupted member of the village to your deck to help corrupt the rest of the villagers, and then moving on to the next, with a few new card/spell unlocks. The chaste neighbors would enforce a number value "chastity" on other family's houses that you would have surpass by corrupting outliers and deviants first, then working toward the morally upstanding ones left over.
Most of the visuals for the corruption was just on the cards, from what I recall, and you either were a succubus/incubus or had the help of one.
