Hey the pointers don't work with the new update.
how did you find them? I can't for the life of me figure out cheat engine or how to find the pointers for something

If you just want a one and done edit you can just search the values as they change and edit them. Once you reboot/reload the game you'll probably lose the address but it's alright if you just want to use it yourself. If you want to make them into pointers for repeated use, there are quite a few tutorials online about how to do pointer scans and stuff.

anyone else having issue with the quest ''GOOD TOMBKEEPING'' at the find tefahra in her hideout step,where she's in the cavern underneath the rampant lioness?the quest marker indicates that cavern,but once i enter it,the indicator shows somewhere else,270 meters away,even though tefehra is in cavern,and i can't interact with her.is it a bug,or does it have to do with any of the other factions' questlines,if i have also progressed those?

It's a hassle to copy them over here, so I'm just going to share the cliff's notes:

• Next update for Patreon is sometime in the two week period covering the end of July and the beginning of August
• New face sliders are replacing the ethnicity slider (nose bridge, nose size, brow, cheeks, eyes, jaw, lips, ears)
• New hairstyles and hair colors
• New skin complexion options (so humans aren't always clean and unblemished)
• New body hair settings (also human only)
• New tattoos and makeup (all races)
• New humanoid forms (essentially seems to be green and gray skin options with pointy ears)

On top of that, they promised two more dev blogs (I won't assume these dev blogs will happen, they have a history of forgetting to post dev blogs when they promise them like this):

• Covering the UE4 map, which is apparently fully incorporated into the UE5 map now. Edit: I would like to note that they said "map." Do not assume the quests and characters from UE4 are all coming in the next update, because they likely won't be.
• Covering three upcoming DSS scenes featuring a male zebra-centaur, a female drake, and a twin-cocked male drake.
