I managed to get it to work apparently, and the problem was that I needed to restar the quest as well, if you have this bug, you better have a save before the entire quest to retry it and hope for it to work, even if the us of blink could maybe help, I did it in case it's needed to avoid the issue, so thank's

It's a hotfix + making the game available to a lower subscriber tier, so it was to be expected. The steam update sometime soon will likely have a few more bugfixes on top of this.
The latest version isn't likely to become available here until after it comes out on Steam, because the Steam releases are much easier to share. That may take a few weeks.
I'm on 0.5.4 doing "A Road Paved With Good Intent", it's telling me to find the anubite orgy, I'm looking right at the priestess and talking to her just has her say one sentence and end dialogue, attacking the guards makes her hostile but seemingly unkillable.
Is there a trigger area I have to run through that I missed? I found the fire before the quest and fast traveled there but running around and away from the area and back didn't do anything.

Is there an even further compressed file of it? It's difficult downloading games over 2 gbs in game with limited data

They're not typically simultaneous. Instead they release for the higher Patreon tiers (already done), wait a bit and release for the lower tiers (already done), and then wait a bit longer and release on Steam (not yet done).
Each subsequent release has additional bugfixes, too.
