Oh and while i am at it i can't sesm to be able to load settings screen... does it load for you?

Winlator is very fragile and unstable with some games or phones. Try different versions of Winlator with latest plugins (and try different ones). Also make sure you copy game to C: or E: drive inside Winlator before running. Playing directly from D: drive (downloads folder) is super slow.
For more info check my full guide that i made for Imouto Fantasy back then. It should have useful info even if its not up to date right now. (I keep forgetting to update, sorry)

No seriously, I think they unlocked something, I kinda want a whole game like that.[/SPOILER]

For real there should be a whole game of just that stage alone!
It has been my go to stage when visiting the gallery.
I am also slightly disappointed there is no intercourse scene with the maids.
