Amorous talked about the previous evil route... before the dark times (Patreon threatened Amorous to remove the content or the account is gone for good) came over the land.
Now you can leave decide to leave Kaali on purpose in the wilderness or you are forced to do so due to not having a fully upgraded basement.
You have to do all quests in the hidden village (to get free roaming again) and then do another quest for Kraal, the hidden village leader.
I get the part were you choose to leave her to die or imprison her ,what i don't get in order to get the sex scene with her or impregnate her if possible i should take the evil route AFTER imprisoning her? Like really? Ain't that a better way? Or may i misunderstood

The love route is WIP. If you imprison Kaali and free her by giving her to Lui you can decide afterwards if Kaali stays with Lui or comes with you. The second choice is her love route. You can see a little love if you have high affection with her and camp in the wilderness by using a tent from your inventory if Kaali is in your party and then decide to sleep with her.
Impregnation of party members will happen late game. If Patreon is already on witch hunt for a pretty harmless prison sex CG from the past (Kaali even told Miles she is in heat and wants sex and Miles merely put her in chains due to dying through getting his throat slit from Kaali's claws if he wouldn't) you can imagine what happens if preggo women fight against enemies and could get hurt.
Basically... if you cum inside a women and the "sperm tries to reach the egg" scene plays you can make someone preggo. If nothing happens you can't.
The plan is now to have a love route with her (by not leaving her back in the woods and threating her wounds) an an evil route if Miles leaves her to herself. I can understand this is not a good outcome but what can you do if Patreon tries to kill your account and income?

Speak to sentry. If he wants kill 1 more = 10 gatoroids
then go again the swamps
already talked to him and they didn't spawn i also forgot the tower of patreon it completed the quest lol

Coming back to this game. Last time i played was havent leave the village before. Hope this time I can now since look like new update finishing stuff at the city. Tho totally forget everything about this game soo gonna start all over
