Try interacting with Nixxe ( I think that's the name of the fox girl next to the chiefs tree entrance) and helping her out.

Been awhile since I played this, liked it, but the sex scenes where kinda meh and so very short. Has it gotten any better in the past 6 months? More scenes, longer sex scenes instead of the one or two stills?
I don't mind shorter sex scenes because we get more scenes and art that way. Otherwise you get one long sex scene per update and that's it.
I think you can talk to someone ther and offer to help. That advances time.
They are not there you need to go out side the village and left past the warrior lady to the open plain's the berries are around there.

maybe its weird thing to say but My interest in this game is more because of its story and RPG elements than the sex scenes

Find a bucket in the village ( there's one in the farm at the upper right corner)
Purchase the commoners clothes and a bottle of tomato juice
Go to Kaali cell and interact with her
After that go to the lumberjack and talk about the bridge.

Well, I personally wouldn't consider that NTR cause to my understanding the Baroness and Hog had something going on since the Beauty and the beast quest.

There never was a problem with Mother Susan's impregnation. The chances are random and you should never try it without the fertility potion. Better save after you consumed it and reload if it failed. Basic rule for every female NPC is... if you see the sperm swimming this NPC can go preggo.
You have to lie to Walter after you followed aunt Liz in the evening at Tuesday night and discover she takes baths. If you tell him she wants a baby you unlock pregnancy for her. If you don't do that you lock yourself out of that route.
The changelog in the OP should provide information about that. If not wait a bit until it gets updated.
Vela can be found in the desert area east east-south on the world map. The world map gets unlocked if you follow the main story (unlock the hidden village with the beasts and do the second quest for Krall) and the human guard in Blackforest Village, who blocks the east exit, is gone.
You can find several water buckets in many locations. Check around the village and in houses.
