Catastrophic Failure When Trying to Open Files

Hi, I was trying to download and open up the zip files to Koikatsu Sunshine. However, when I tried to open it, it gives me a popup message saying "Windows cannont open the folder, The archive 'C:/Users/my name/Downloads/ScrewThisNoise -Koikasu_Sunshine_EX_BetterRepack_R12.7z' is invalid, Error 8000FFFF: Catastrophic Failure".
This also happens to me to various other games that I tried to download here.
What can I do fix this?

(Current OS is Windows 11)

Had this problem with trying to open .7z with windows explorer, download 7zip and it will work fine

Always use some archiving software. Windows garbage can't open anything, only plain zips.
