There's a NSFW DLC patch, but it says:

Having taken a look at the images after decrypting them, there's basically just a bit of nudity and some torture and gore (including dismemberment). So, unless all the rest of the adult content is text, there's nothing there.

I really wish I hadn't decided to poke around, since the gore and dismemberment are a major turn off for me.

The start of the game does give an option to not show violent deaths, which would have blocked at least some of them. I just saw there were only like 20 images in the main image folder, so decrypted them to poke around in the other images folders to see if the developer put them elsewhere, which they did including the gore.
