Does anyone have a good cell phone code framework? I want to make a phone similar to the one used in Being A Dik. Is it really just a bunch of call screens being used?

). Might be worth going in that direction. Don't believe it allows choices out of the box, though. Not a 100% on that.

Alternatively, if it's purely visual and don't want to put in a bunch of work, .PNG chat bubbles with an easein from whichever direction might also be worth a look:
