Surprisingly good, honestly. Some problems, and especially early on a lot of players are going to wonder if they should just drop the game or not from the shaky start, but it's a surprisingly good game and a fun concept that has not been done anywhere else in any other game that I've seen so far. Very niche kink, but surprisingly fun to play with.
Pros:
-The whole censorship kink is actually kind of hot? I wasn't expecting that, but the scenes that still had the black bars were still erotic and interesting, especially when it was one of the girls purposefully showing her body to you just to tease and arouse you.
- There are a lot of different and surprisingly realistic and grounded reactions from characters in game to the MC's beta status and pathetically small cock. Some are mean, degrading, cruel, and bully him for no reason other than to be bitches and dicks to him... but a VERY good amount of the cast, male and female, are understanding or sympathetic, or just treat him like a regular ass dude and don't really give a fuck one way or the other. Each character's response to learning about the MC's 'problem' is very in line with their individual characters and personalities, and it's not a one size fits all issue.
- You can fuck your ex girlfriend's mom, and she's a million times a better person than your ex. No further explanation needed. Plus the way she already knew you liked her before you had a chance to confess was a nice touch.]
- The lifeguard lady... while it's a bit overdone how much she loves your micro-dick and how she's just a complete deconstruction of the typical BBC fetish nonsense, she's actually a surprisingly fun character to interact with. The watersports aspect was a pleasant surprise, she's a real kinky girl who has some fun scenes and was one of my favorites.
- For the childhood friend, you can CHOOSE to engage in netorase and cuckolding or not, entierly up to you, she doesn't even bring it up or ask for it at all, it's an option. But the way it's written is about perfect, she literally doesn't give a fuck about the other people asside from how big their dicks are, her focus is on the MC the whole time both during and after the cuckolding sex, and you can genuinely tell it doesn't affect her love for her boyfriend. Is this realistic for real life? Fuck no. But it's a really nice thing in the game where cuck doesn't automatically equal punching bag with an abusive girlfriend.
- The dev got a LOT more mature with the writing as time went on and seems to have slowly downplayed how stupid and bumbling the MC was written in the early stages of the game's development. He's still a total dork and at times a dumbass, but he doesn't feel as much of a walking trope like he did before, especially as you get deeper into the paths with some of the better written girls.
Neutral:
- A few of the running gags run on for a bit too long, like the one guy that apparently does every single job in the city.
Cons:
- The game isn't a true sandbox, it's really a bunch of totally separate kinetic novels. This is the biggest issue with the game by far. There are no dialogue choices to affect relationships, there is no overlap, there is no in game acknowledgement or punishment for seeing all the girls you want at the same time, nothing. You just click a spot on the map to advance the set in stone story-line for that girl in particular. You still get 'choice' out of it due to the different girls and everything... but it's pretty much choose your favorite waifu and watch her kinetic novel unfold with the main character, nothing else. If this issue didn't exist and there was actual dialogue choices that mattered this game could easily be a 5/5 for me, but I CANNOT give it 5 stars for as long as it remains like this.
-That long ass, meandering intro. It was necessary, yes, to introduce the world, main characters and everything, but it was so LONG. In writing, subtraction is always better for quality than addition. Focus on the main points, get across what is necessary for the player to understand what the game is and who they're interacting with, and then move on. Overly long scenes like that aren't engaging, they encourage people to skip dialogue in the future, and in a writing based game... that's really not good. I NEVER skip dialogue, but at times it's a chore when a dev goes too ham on text dumps.
- I think it's obvious that early on the game dev wanted to treat this project differently than it's ended up being treated, and the super early scenes for some of the older characters have remarkably worse writing than the newer ones in parts of the game that were created a while ago. Trust me, it's a MASSIVE improvement later, but the early scenes are way too jokey, cringey, the main character acts like an overly oblivious dumbass, and it's just a bit of an eye roll. If you can muscle through the early parts of the game for some characters this moslty goes away, but early on it was bad enough that I had to mention it here.
TLDR:
Surprisingly fug game. At the end of the day it's a cluster of unrelated kinetic novels that happen to be in the same game, so I can't ever give it 5 stars, but once the early writing bumps got smoothed over a little the game started to be rather fun and enjoyable. Completed the routes for the childhood friend, lifeguard, and the ex girlfriend's mom, and found all 3 of those enjoyable to play in their own ways. Definitely worth a try.
