if you've already tried the first demo, the story does not progress at all.
if not, it's just an intro with the only adult content being some titties. of the 4 pictures you see, only the first and last (the wolf crying at the mirror (which is at the near end of the demo) and the wolf looking out in the night (granted you only see that in the title screen, not in the actual game) the story in itself is interesting but it's only an intro so there isn't much to go on and the hentai is almost non existent other than seeing a CG or two of tits.
