I downloaded the file and unpacked it, but the game itself was not there .. what's the point of downloading it then?

Это только у меня так?
Мысли героев отображаются как обычный текст, т.е. если переключиться на англ. язык, то эти мысли будут в скобках, а на ру. без них.

Сейчас скину папку с переводом, попробуй закинуть её вместо текущей, прошлую причём вообще удали, и скажешь, что получилось.

Ты видимо шутишь? Ссылка на игру есть в описании, качаешь игру по ссылке, качаешь перевод к ней, вставляешь перевод в игру и играешь.
Хотя я не понимаю зачем тебе перевод на русский, если ты продолжаешь писать на английском...
