Okay! Let's do this. This is one of the best AVNs one can experience.
One thing I will note is that it is... Odd... to see a tanned Ginger. They burn easily and tan badly, typically. Stranger things have happened, though, I am sure.
The first time I picked up this title was when episode 6 had dropped some time ago. It had great promise then so I thought I would wait and see how the Dev avails them-self with the endings and prologue.
So, I have just finished the first full play through, as of this review, and I will be starting afresh shortly to follow a different story path in the game. The Kismet ending was the first one - I thought it only fair as that would, I imagine, be the canonical ending to the story of MC and Jaye.
It is exceedingly well written. The narrative beats are on point. There is little, to no, bloat-ware. The story keeps going at a comfortable pace to keep the reader engaged and not bored. Many AVNs will, needlessly, keep a story convoluted and stretched out to fill space. An AVN does not require to be equal in length to Don Quixote. Chasing Sunsets tells its story and it does it well and at a steady, respectable, pace.
It has moments that will make you ponder, chuckle, sigh, and even shed a tear. Not many AVNs can tick most boxes at once and be original. Chasing Sunsets is one of those stories that you must play and it will sit in the top ten of most AVN enjoyers, and for good reason.
As for the more sexual scenes. Whilst expertly done, I feel like a option to view things from different angles may have been warranted. Or the ability to chose certain positions. Those are the only things I would advocate to make this title even better.
They have hit a home run with this title. It won't be long to see if the Dev was a one hit wonder or not with their new title landing in 2026 onward. We hope it is firmly in the latter!
No pressure!
