I try not to play with variables without need. Taking into account the volume of the game, the price of a random softlock may be too high in terms of wasted time. Relatively safe is changing courage (no more than 1-2 unit each time, about every 30 minutes of gameplay) and up to 10, no more (once this value is reached, it will be easier to increase courage), you can use 0x52_URM for this (search for variable "smel"). Rhetoric, strength etc. are easily pumped during gameplay, they do not reduce the grind, besides, their pumping is directly related to certain events and mini-quests in the game.
