For the user that made the review @stefan1987 , if anything the game doesn't work for you, genius. For me both japanese and english version works like a charm and I'm playing it even now. Also, I'm not stealing some other links given the fact that I've given the credits to those who contributed to make this thread a matter of fact.
Also, genius, there's no version without mosaic on the internet. None of the Umemaro works, as far as I know, are without mosaic (maybe for this, I can easily be wrong because I don't know anything about it).

But probably I'm just talking to a troll and nothing more, wasting my time in this way.

There could be a couple issues you're having. One is harddrive space. It copies the videos into your Temp folder before loading the game, so if you don't have enough space it could cause some problems. Honestly though I don't know if the game would even launch if that was the issue because it copies all the videos before it even opens.

Next is permissions. Do you have the game saved in a directory that you have write permissions for? Even though it writes the files to the Temp folder it might still need proper write permissions. IDK since I run everything on elevated admin.

Another is your video codecs. Do you have the correct codecs to play WMV files? If not I would recommend downloading the codecs from

, they're always reliable and fast. You should be fine with the basic pack, and you don't have to download MPC-HC, even though I would personally recommend it, it's my favorite video player, both robust and lightweight.

Last thing I would guess is your graphics drivers are out of date. If your computer has codecs that render video using your graphics card such as DXVA or CUVID, if your drivers are out of date then that could cause issues. Umemaro games are really just glorified video players.

I don't understand why she is even on the phone.
it's impossible for me to believe who ever she is talking to (assuming there is someone)
does not notice her moans.
and if that wasn't bad enough all she keeps saying is what,a variation of yes and some other phrase the entire time...
if they are going to have her be on the phone that long as least have a believable conversation!
putting the atrocious plot aside the visuals are great like most of their work.
