pls understand they're only making thousands on it a month there simply isnt the funding to put an update out in two years
if only the two of you would take the time to read previous posts. they aren't working with normal rpg maker. and actively being blocked by the engine that they have to get around, the gifs alone is something that rpg maker does not support natively

Brother they have not posted a single update in over a year, literally nothing. The one promised thing we had going for us was a year late halloween update that we wont even get on Halloween if we get it at all, at what point are we allowed to throw our hands up and call this a patreon scam?

I feel like the problem with Vanny is that he's essentially a "Feature creep". I've seen on discord that he announces that a update is close to release but then he decides to add another scene or game mechanic, I think it's cool how he cares about how his game turns out but at some point when does delaying the game to continously add scenes become too much?

I think it's also because it's been so long too, he feels like he might have to make it worth it, which is a sysyphysian task.
But yeah, feature creep is a pretty accurate looking term for what's happening. Which is why a roadmap is such a good idea, so there are set plans for updates.
honestly i wouldnt be suprised if vanny decides to pull a fast one and suddenly say he's cancelling the game

I'm not gonna lecture you on "Dev has a life" spiel, or talk about how complaining doesn't do anything positive, in fact doing all this could and has in the past caused Devs to give up cause they thought the project wouldn't be good enough or they felt to pressured on deadlines or that typa stuff, or maybe I'll talk about the better things you could do other than being a Golden, like reading a book, perhaps going outside, getting in a shower, or making food for yourself and not takeout.

"Positive but realistic" can be attained through... better words than this, now I understand to an extent you were being a bit silly when you said to throw chkns at Datz, buuuuut still not the greatest entrance, and that there are better ways of saying that Datz needs to figure out a more effective workflow to prevent more incidents like these or that Datz is probably not working on the game as hard as we think he is, like how I said it, still realistic, while maintaining a bit more positivity
Also I did read the full message, responding to the whole thing is both A. Waste of time B. Not worth the effort for how people respond to said response (mainly people who say your response is an essay) so if I respond to everything, It's an essay, if I don't, then I skimmed the message, tis like talking to a brick wall
