I have no idea, but I can tell you for sure that they are not in Lilith in Nightmare,Astrolomeria, and in Kitty Brave.
They... might be from Succubus Tower 2? At least, I think the guy in the bottom second image looks like the protagonist from that game, if I'm remembering correctly. Not sure though.

Succubattle is broken, seems a few critical files are missing.
I'm surprised Circle Tekua isn't on Kemona so the short stories are automatically added.
