I'm sad that I'll have to wait for the middle of next month for it to be released. On the upside, at least I know it'll be a massive update!

Philly doesn't do monthly updates....typically bi-monthy with better content and better pacing of the story. Monthly updates work with fuckfests/sandboxes, but it is too tough to advance a story properly in a month unless the quality is shit or you have an army of help.

It's always worth it to wait more for better quality and doing everything how creator wanted/imagined it, than to rush things and not do it properly.
Creator should take all the time he needs and continue with these awesome games in his own pace imo.

I just played and I'm breathless. I just loved everything that I saw and heard, including the great intro sequence. Almost just like a real movie. Makes me wonder if there will be a possibility of a hands off replay, as if it was a movie. Even if the music is nice, I was almost tempted to play Blade Runner's soundtrack instead of the included one just for the feeling of it.

After D.A., this is a nice change of style.

I hope MC manages to save the girl this time.

I can't understand why this takes so long to get an update. I mean, there's a whole ton of games that seem to get multiple updates...like in the same week. They go from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 to 0.1.2 and so on. These all have tons of new content, right? I mean, they're on the "Latest Games" list each time.

Unless, maybe, they just add one picture or edit one error and then call it a "new version" so it looks like it was updated with new content. Hmm, maybe I oughta give Philly the benefit of the doubt. But, just once.

Finally got around looking into this yesterday. In terms of production quality this is certainly in a league of its own. Even the intro alone outclasses much of what I have seen in other games, it is just ridiculously well made. But visuals aside I also dig the writing, characters and world building in this. Including the surprising elaborate background information it creates a really interesting set up for a story, not just a story for these kind of games but I guess it would actually work for any kind of fiction in that setting. I'm super curious to see where this is going.
