If I recall correctly, you need a certain level of femininity to trigger it, as part of the event drains that femininity, making you more masculine. It might also be incompatible with some other routes (demon deal in warehouse, vampire, silver slut), but not sure, as I've never interacted with it after being on one of the routes I mentioned, only before.

You can add all the ones you wanna, with command in game..
For the trial instead you can get only 2 powers at the same time, but you can remove 1 of those randomly then get another one, for 1000 $.

Originally from anotheruser, the cheat menu ring option works the same as the ring artifact, meaning it can only add traits that are either the reverse of one you have (e.g. itty bitty committee/ bigger is better), or that you've previously removed. Using the console commands, you can add any of the traits. I've updated the trait list below, for version 1.0.6.

Use the following command to add traits, where # is the trait number:

gs 'GenerateTraits','Assign',#

That one's bugged still, as far as I can tell. Click the gear button in the bottom right (not in phone) to open the console command entry, and enter "pregTrait=1" and that should guarantee you get it the next time you watch preg porn on the laptop.
