Can't remember the name of the game that was in a VR world and the real world. One of the main character girls had blond or white hair and tatts. The VR world was kind of like Ready Player One's VR setting with all different zones and all that. I remember one part of the story in the VR section where you went in to find a power source that gave you some type of admin power or something like that. I can't really remmber what it did, but I remember it being in a snowy village setting. MC wasn't really into gaming anymore but then took interest cuz his sister/girl of interest was really into it and picked it back up
