The json files that control the clip times are sitting internally before compilation. I wanted to expose them to the public folder but that would, again, cause CORS issues. (Browsers don't allow loading most files from filesystem anymore, so I had to compile that data).
Short of somehow circumventing CORS, only option I have right now would be to create an UI to allow modding the data. But that's too much effort right now, I cannot promise I will work on that anytime soon.
There will be clip sets you can unlock by playing for the next update and they will include shemales right from the start. There is also going to be a content tag system so you can enable/disable any content genre to your liking. Hope that will be some sort of consolation at least.

Yeah, didn't like that answer, so i went digging old school style. It appears there is a line that can be changed in "main.87950612.js" located in static/js/
so i went and tested the following: found this line
"this.defaultCockDurationMinimum=6,this.defaultCockDurationMaximum=14"
and changed it to
"this.defaultCockDurationMinimum=55,this.defaultCockDurationMaximum=60" since the clips i downloaded from net were approx 40-70 secs.
This managed to up the time to actually see some of these compilations that i got downloaded.
This throws no error on my end, tested on chrome Version 109.0.5414.120 (Win 7x64) and on Firefox 115.13.0 esr
working as intended.
but just for you guys, I'll switch to win 10 and see if it works there too (I'll edit this post to not spam it)
Edit: Yup, works on Firefox "127.0.2" (Win 10x64) and chrome 126.0.6478.127
ps: got to change my password for F95 to test this on Win10. Dunno how I feel about it

I will launch that with earnable expansions, where you can unlock new clips of two sets: Shemale and BBC. Chubbies won't be in 0.4 but I'm willing to mark that for the update after that along with Ebony.
Have planned to launch every update from here on out with two new clip sets, either Girls+Girls, Cocks+Cocks or Girls+Cocks depending on what is currently most wanted.
Used similar audio libs before which didn't circumvent those issues, I've pushed audio out for now to retain somewhat manageable levels of scope. But it seems pretty important for some, so I can at least promise to look into it again in the medium term.
And if all else fails, I already had plans beyond Cock Roulette, BEFORE Cock Roulette (here and here) which would be hosted online instead of being downloadable and therefore prevent all issues that come with serving a local HTML file. Anyone will be able to use it and build their own Roulettes, but it's at least a few years away from now. Actually, Cock Roulette was just supposed to be a testbed for certain systems of that project.

Just a suggestion, and I'm not sure how viable it would be, but would you consider implementing a system for players to customize the content of their own roulettes? With people seemingly showing an interest in different things (trans content, more/less explicit gay content), it might be fun to make a framework for categories that the player can activate as either baseline content or something that shows up the more you play. For instance I would've liked a version of this which was dicks with surprise tits, so it'd be fun to be able to select/change the frequency of things.

Unfortunately, I cannot implement the ability to pull a switcheroo like you mentioned. That's not what the game was designed for and I'd have to build it from the ground up to support something like this.
Next version, however, will add a content tag system that allows you to at least customize somewhat of what you will get to see (afforementioned shemale content for example).
Maybe in the long run, I will add the ability to insert your own clips, which then would make "modpacks" and subsequently disabling all the built-in clips in favour of your own possible. This would theoretically allow you to just put dicks instead of babes in there and vice versa.
I can't promise you that for now, though.
