There's a specific trigger between 20+ and 25- days.

Uhhh, are all of you guys talking about the final scene (bottom right next to the "Fallen to Pleasure" scene)?
If so, that's the "Breeding Sow" ending. It's supposed to be the bad ending of the game. To get it:

Oh so you're supposed to wait 3 weeks, I just speedrun it to 10 days. No wonder I can't get the other ending.

definitely not triggering, keep getting ending 3 past day 20, and fallen to pleasure before day 20.
