Also for you who just want to download a save with all the palates, it goes in AppData\Local\CocoNutshake
(Both are the same file I just put it in a zip as if that's somehow easier then renaming it to get rid of the extra numbers)
It appears that multiple people are informing me just downloading a save doesn't work, so I can only offer this secondary possibility, by applying the correct data into your own save file.

First make sure you have one generated and then load it from AppData\Local\CocoNutshake into
