If you haven't played the first game, go do that, it has better H(imo), but worse QOL(no running) and no platforming minigame.
Now for this game, it's the same concept as the first one, but stretched out, involving multiple planets in a "galaxy" instead of just one, but it feels more like a solar system. You play as Dripley, the protag from the first game, and Lika, a combat specialist. Dripley handles the "diplomacy" and negotiation while Lika takes point when combat or terror (sabotage) is necessary. You are both sent to the Pandora "galaxy" to obtain "The Absolute Weapon" by any means necessary.
Dripley's gameplay is all dialogue and puzzles(mostly dialogue), and is how you get most of the H content, while Lika takes over for the platforming/action parts(mostly platforming). There is nothing special here, which makes the platforming and puzzles boring, but at least we have a run button(finally). You have 3 methods to obtain up to 9 pieces of a map from each planet's "overlord" (think ruler/boss) that will reveal the location of The Absolute Weapon.
First is the obvious method, accepting the overlords sexual advances(Dripley only seduces one, boring imo).
Second, you can infiltrate the planet as Lika and perform an "act of terror"(sabotage/obtaining info for blackmail), setting up dialogue that has Dripley force an overlord to hand over their piece of the map.
Lastly, you can actually negotiate with each overlord, completing a task for them in exchange for their map piece.
I have one good thing to say about the H, the art/animations are slightly better than TDT's other games. Everything else about the H is subpar, even for TDT:
Less clips/movies and more "click to advance to next state" scenes, both of which have shorter runtimes/states to advance through
Less variety in setting, while the position variety is there, most of the scenes blend together and look like they have taken place in the same location, despite the context mentioning otherwise, also
WTF NO ORGY SCENE!!!!!?????
Little to no foreplay/buildup, almost all non vaginal/anal sex is it's own scene and does not lead to anything further
Lack of consistent female voice/moaning during H, some scenes have it, others have it for certain parts, and too many straight up don't. I wouldn't even list this if TDT hadn't already proven they can get this right in their previous works.
(Nitpicking) Seemingly sudden/premature ejaculation, too often the animations begin to get traction just to have cum fly everywhere in the subsequent state, his other works have this issue here and there, but it's so much more prominent in this one with the scenes being shorter
One thing keeps nagging at me, this game could have been done so much better if the entire plaforming minigame was removed and that time/effort was spent on the H.
TLDR: I can only recommend this if you are into the unique TDT experince, which, even then, this game's predecessor does better. Otherwise grab a save and hopefully one of the scenes does it for you.
