Read the changelog. She is in the dark halls with ghosts on the east side, except nothing spawns until after she has been saved. You'll need a light source too.

tbh I never even considered they could be dodged. You could experiment with different game speeds if you want to see if they can be out sprinted.

finally turned into a girl and started looking for the 4 dream pregnancies but it doesn't go well. I'm sure I did the blue ghost, broodmother and harlequin in the dream hub basement and read somewhere that the fourth one is from perfect Festival of Life but can't get it from it (did I make mistake?).

3. blue eyes (after true sight reapplied)

7. got the staff and equipped it too
8. kneeling on ground (tried facing south-west, with compass but didn't manage before rain)
Will result in heavy rain, fairy gate and cloudbloom spawn but no pregnancy.
Still trying to figure out how to get manhood back. Tried unwidow (works in dream but no reality), tried unwidow + rabitsquid + unwidow (again) and then decontamination but still nothing (hoped game would be tricked that manhood existed before rabitsquid + manhood). Will try the mirror trick that supposedly works with pregnancy and if that still works will try it with manhood.
Would appreciate if someone told me if it's possible (just knowing that it's possible would be great)
