Collections For Daz Studio

I'm looking for collections which has pose collection for Daz 3D female/males. Rather than finding everything one by one and buumping them in to the scene, I'd love to have on folder which I can access a vast amount of poses and props. I've seen previous posts similar to this one yet the general answer was to set your scene up and than search for the props and poses. It takes significant amount of time and kills the will to continue for the scene or the project in mind. For me at least.

Or are there any proper tutorials or ways to make the content library look clean and smooth?
