It pops up when you're walking home from the gym with Imre, if you ignore it takes you back to the choice between Penelope and Audrey. I also have the gallery/cheat mod installed, so it might be a conflict. Not sure.

The story in my game is kinda messed up. When walking home from the gym with Imre the MC suddenly says that something came up and he has to go. Then he climbs up a wall and through Aubrey's window (saying she told him to but it never happened in my game) where she tells him it's payback for peeking on her while she was dressing. The thing is, he never peeked on her. Is that because of this mod?

I'd say it probably is as the mod allows you to take multiple options. Bound to be some inconsistencies, particularly if you didn't start the game with it.
