So this is basically misogyny the game in a corporate power fantasy environment, if you're looking for happy romance I'd look elsewhere but if you're into manipulation/degradation/mind control style corruption then there is a lot to do here.
On the positive side that's really this games main selling point, that it has a ton of content, a ton of actually voiced dialog, far more text content that is for the most part well written, custom music on the theme though it could be integrated better, a collectable system that has artwork to fit the games theme, and it's generally a decent story.
All that said it also has a lot of flaws, if it were actually completed I'd say it's probably a 3 star game there are so many of them but as it seems to still be getting updates there's still potential for fixing them so that's worth the extra star to me. Quick list of flaws off the top of my head.
-UI is a kind of janky, scales poorly at different resolutions with overlapping elements.
-Starts off feeling like a real open world but once you get down to it really rather linear, not really much branching or meaningful choices to be had, and for the most part progression is locked behind doing certain events in certain departments and then you can unlock other departments, and rinse and repeat.
-Time system is kind of silly, you get 2 actions per day, 1 morning 1 afternoon and then it's the next day, no matter what those actions are.
-Uneven progression of corruption that can be a little immersion breaking, eg one option a girl will be begging you to fuck her in the ass with people around and then you can go straight back to here and she'll be upset that you groped her in the office.
-On the topic of immersion breaking it does the uses clips from different actresses for the same character thing a lot, some of them are doppelganger-y and done well but some are pretty egregious.
-Still some bugs, e.g. notification indicators will pop up in places with nothing you can do at them, though at least for me nothing seemed game breaking.
-The grind isn't too bad early on and feels kind of right for the pacing of the story, but it becomes excessive the further you get and eventually you will will want to edit your save file, so many things have arbitrary % to fail built into them that seems to serve no purpose besides making everything take longer.
-While the cast is huge, most of the content really revolves around the one girl that becomes your personal secretary, if you want to focus on someone else you like more you'll run into a dead relatively quickly.
-Not much by way of a quest system or indication of what you have to do next to progress, definitely points where it's not clear what you have to do next when you run into a dead end with a girl or working on a department and you'll find yourself basically clicking around somewhat randomly until you find something that unlocks a path forward.
-Some basically unavoidable NTR if you hate that be warned.
Even accounting for all the flaws I still found the game-play to be a generally enjoyable experience.
