Overview:

Screens are mostly of th interface. Is this the extent of what we might see or are there actual h-scenes? I'm also not sure whether this is strictly a chat simulator or thhere's also whatever you call the opposite.

It's a chat simulator.
The h-scenes are images sent by women, nothing “real” since there are no IRL encounters.
However, there will be more varied possibilities with the interface in the future. If everything remains chat based, there will be ways to go a little further than a simple chat system. (Can't say more.)
