I'm trying to uninstall the game because it keeps lagging, but it keeps giving me an error saying that a program is open.

Clearly it wasn't closed properly. Terminate the process in the Task Manager & try again. Your PC's specs apparently can't handle the game's requirements if you're running it on an old machine, reason for the lag. In case I'm wrong about that, it's possible that you're either running too many processes at the same time, or that there's too much clutter on your machine, possibly also the case of outdated drivers or even some kind of infection. You could try lowering the resolution in the settings and playing in windowed mode if you're still curious about it. If you're worried about your PC's performance if you have high enough specs, consider updating your drivers, removing pointless clutter that runs on startup, running a system scan with Malwarebytes or Windows Defender in any case, and perhaps cleaning some junk away with CCleaner or a similar product.

It's not a major issue, but the game has soft mosaics.
Even with BepInEx, this could have been resolved with SW_Decensor...

Using Demosaic colMask, you can remove the soft mosaics.
Artists could redraw the textures to uncensor them.

Is this worth doing? Can you please provide an example image of what the end result looks like since you mentioned that the textures still require redrawing?

I see. So it just removes the filters like BepInEx usually does for various games. Well, that's a good first step. Like you said, someone might do a quick redraw. There doesn't seem to be much to it, given that there are only two(?) assets because of the fixed sex position. Thanks.

Only at the end of every day. This becomes available after you complete the short prologue and the first molestation. You can't fail it.
