Please recode ancient GIF (Version 89a (July, 1989)) into modern format, H264 or H265 video so you can have ~22x smaller file sizes.

or

find . -name \*.gif|parallel ffmpeg -i {} -c:v libx265 -crf 24 {.}.mp4

Next get crazy with dandere2x or video2x (waifu2x) and get 4k animation out of this.
Then get insane with tiny sizes doing x265 recode

3.3MB 800 × 595 -> 212KB 2400 × 1786
