Seeking Completed Best Games

Sadly, I do not think there are a lot of completed games with your preferences. In terms of artwork, most ICSTOR (Milfy City) games are ~ completed. ICCreations has "Incest Adventures" and "The Artifact". Those are all RPGM games. If you are looking for Renpy specific games, there is "Life with Mary", "Depraved Awakening", "Acting Lessons", and "My Legacy" (forgive me for not knowing these game creators off the top of my head). Daniel K has a few games too both RPGM and Renpy. I don't know of any games that use honey select or similiar art as "The Headmaster" that are completed. For Unity games, there is "Lucky Mark" which has really good graphics. I hope this helps for starters.
