MC was in a car wreck that killed his parents.
MC gets invited to a Hotel that was own by his grandparents with the grandfather has died and the grandmother looks in her 30's.
(Also there maybe an aunt that looks younger than should be and works as a maid and cook.)
MC alter world sister that he never had show up and MC was told to go along with it.
MC alter world mother shows up and proclaims him not her son, that her son died in the crash.
MC get teleported to other realms and the girls he either helps or runs into follow him back to his reality.
One of which is a female green Orc .
MC later on finds out the 30'ish women is his grandmother and this is all I can remember about the game.
Anyone have any idea's on this VN/Game???
