Seeking Complex dating sim

What is the most complex dating sim you've ever played, something that blew you away? I remember my first one was Girl Sim during the flash games era, and it blew me way despite being quite simple now that I think about it. But I haven't found something that scratched the same itch. I heard good things about Artificial Academy 2 but it's kinda meh and grindy (maybe overvalued in my eyes or I'm playing it wrong), despite me liking very slow corruption games for example. I don't really mind reading some of those HTML games like Degrees of Lewdity which is fantastic, but it lacks in the visual department. Life sims like Unaware in the City and InSexcity have decent social interaction systems, but those are female MC mostly, and something like Porn Empire feels stiff to be considered dating sims, more like management, for some reason. Any recommendations?

Course of temptation is really amazing it is text based but pretty complex in world design, characters and what you can do and interact in the world. It's one of my favorites and keeps getting better.
