I went to the link you provided and at the very top of the page: It says that there are zero problems with the EXE file.
I downloaded that game and scanned the extracted files on my machine (Windows Defender) and found zero infected/virus files.

From the image you posted, all of the compressed files related to Shadow of Yidhra (RAR, ZIP)show zero infected files.

You do appear to have a file named 123.zip that has some virus/malware inside of it and there are a few randomly named files that appear to have viruses/malware in them.

You might want to run a full system scan (not a quick scan) on your computer and let your AV fix any problems it finds.

no need to worry about those files since the scan cleared the exe. execution parents means that other files on other occasions have been known to drop a file looking like the exe while being a virus/trojan. you can see that the scanned date for the execution parents are much older so this is historical data, not from this specific scan.

if you check steam.exe, you'll get this:

it just means many malicious files try to disguise themselves as steam

Games uploaded in games are ran at least once by the uploaders or those moving a thread over to games, so they are relatively safe. If you want to be extra sure, run them in a sandbox.
