It should requires only a few lines added during Alex's backstory narration and might be used to further Alex's Confusion and perhaps Elliot's accuses.
Hell, if you don't want to change the older text you could easily add a simple medical checkup scene to explain it: Alex is most likely going regularly, and a suddenly working penis and rising libido is no doubt something worth to share with her medic, perfect excuse to give an explanation to the Player.

I have edited this message because the first draft was not so nice. But, I honestly fail to see how an average sized penis requires any special commentary or set of instructions. It is average. I was happy to see something average for a change. Most other titles in this sub genre either have tiny little shrunken penises or some mammoth meat stick that is physically impossible in the real world. We are all unique individuals. If Alex had an exceptionally large penis, yeah I could see explaining that considering all of the hormone therapy she has received. But, not for being average. Some trans girls are still rather well endowed and make Alex look small by comparison. Personally, I'm glad to see average for a change. So often it's more like this...

TBH, if AVNSnax had gone that way I wouldn't be complaining either. That is kind of my point. Don't pick on my friend for penis size choices or expect some explanation of that choice to justify your own feelings of inadequacy or whatever kink is causing you to say these things. That's just another form of bullying. We are who and what we are. Alex maintained an average sized penis during her transition. Why the fuck is that even an issue or subject of discussion?

I'm trying to stick to realism when I can. I mean, it's not like Alex is sporting the massive penis usually adopted by trans/futa comics. Estrogen and hormone blockers are actual, everyday-life treatments. "Special drugs" that automagically increase breast and/or penis size aren't. As much as we'd like them to be. And again, you haven't seen her real aroused state yet--just Zoey's horny 19-year-old girl dream of what it might look like.

If anything, I might consider returning to the four renders in the initial bathroom scene and changing her there. And thanks for the suggestion.

it's not average. By the setting given by AVNSnax, it's GIGANTIC.
If we talk about realism, Alex should have a VERY small penis at best.

Estrogen and hormone blockers are actual, everyday-life treatments. "Special drugs" that automagically increase breast and/or penis size aren't.

A penis that size when flaccid(we've seen it in the shower scene) is basically MAGIC on somebody who completely skipped male puberty and got female puberty instead.

Now, it's a porn game: I'm perfectly fine with that level of "let's make it fun, not realistic".

But I think at least worth a minor explanation just to keep the suspension of disbelief: some throwaway line about drug cocktails sometime having unexpected side effects in very rare cases(which is absolutely realistic) resulting in Alex developing a normal-sized penis seems the best as it gives a shade of scientific motivation to it

I'm not going to lose interest in the game just because of it, anyway.

Thanks. Frankly, one of the reasons I've put in any time here is the substantive messages (for the most part) as opposed to other forums where only trolls and schadenfreuders seem to participate. I've gotten a lot of great feedback here, and while it might not influence this VN much, it most certainly will the next. About 20% of the way through Chapter 3 and chugging along.

So I played the game again after installing the incest patch. Really changes the tone of the game.

Kinda reminds me of the story of Nicole Maines, who has an identical twin brother, but transitioned as a child. Just without the incest.

Meanwhile, I hear it's technically possible to have identical twins of different genders. Just stupidly rare. From memory, the SRY gene needs to transfer to the X chromosome, then each of the X chromosomes needs to form opposite Barr bodies. Or have someone that's XXY and do similar.

Technically, they wouldn't be "identical," would they? They wouldn't share the exact same genes, so they'd be less than identical and more like...semi-identical? Identicalish?

Yeah they would share the same genes. It's just that which genes were active would be different. But unless you sequenced their genome anyway, you'd never know, so fraternal is probably simpler anyway.

She could have any kind of realistic size without breaking my suspension of disbelief.

And as for erectile dysfunction, I've been on hormones for 1,5 years and I haven't lost size as far as I've noticed, and erections are as easy to get as ever.
On that level, YMMV a lot.

A number of people have said this. Chris and Alex started out as the exact same female model, believe it or not. I made some changes to some of Alex's features that I thought might make her *seem* a bit more masculine but more to emphasize that she's just a fraternal twin, not identical. I also bulked up her muscle mass a bit, but nothing major. The glasses and less girly clothes also lend to the impression, I think, given some of the test renders I've done that will end up in later chapters. I'm still learning Daz Studio and while I'm a lot better now than I was when I started, I'm kinda stuck now with the original models in order to keep continuity. Thanks for the info, though! I'm trying to stay faithful to the transgender experience and I'm always learning.

For everybody that's been asking for an Android version of Confusion, I have some good news. I finally managed to successfully build a version for Android yesterday. It involved a lot of UI changes to accommodate. I'm glad I didn't just have Ren'Py blindly create the Android version for me even though it worked in simulation; it wouldn't have worked, mostly because the text and buttons were too small and the images too large.

There will be an Android beta build for Chapter 3 in a couple of weeks including support for gestures, available to supporters on Patreon, SubscribeStar, etc. Otherwise, you'll be able to download it at v0.3's public release.

Definitely a compression anomaly. The next chapter release (in about 5-6 weeks) will have a compressed version created by me, not a third party, so I can ensure quality.

I needed to do it for the new Android versions anyway...
